Baking with Mrs Roney - Healthy snacks

New year, new blog and a new post series. I love baking and I enjoy cooking and being in the kitchen, making delicious foods for my family and I cant wait to share with you,  I am going to share a new recipe, a healthy version of  and seasonal foods with you,  I hope you enjoy.

The Healthy-nut slice

Are you a health nut?? me either but this slice is a delicious, filling and choc full of delicious good stuff

You will need
Almond meal 1/2 cup
Coconut oil 1/2 cup-1 cup
Cranberries, sultanas or any other dried fruits you fancy
nuts, seeds, coconut
Dark chocolate

How to
Throw the almond meal and coconut oil in a bowl and stir together, mix in desired nuts and fruit and Stir until covered in the almond meal mix
Press into a greased slice tin
Bake for 15 min
Let cool and drizzle dark choc over the top
